De Gentse Feesten zijn om de hoek! En deze laatavondvertoning voor de gelegenheid ook. Samen met enkele andere filmprogrammatoren én BROEI organiseren we op zondag 20 juli een feestelijke double bill in de crypte van Geeraard De Duivelsteen (YART).

Twee high-energy high school komedies om de avond af te ronden OF de nacht in te zetten. Welkom vanaf 22u30 voor de knaller 'Bottoms'. Nadien Gregg Araki's mysterieuze sci-fi uit 2010: 'Kaboom'!
Bottoms

Cinema Spreekhond selecteert 'Bottoms' waarin Rachel Sennott (Shiva Baby, The Idol) en Ayo Edebiri (The Bear) een fight club starten. Toepasselijk voorafgegaan door een FLINTA zelfverdedigingsworkshop om 21u30. 'Kaboom' werd gekozen door Kuleshov en start rond 00u30. Dubbel fun, dubbel feest, dubbel KABOOM.

Beide filmvertoningen zijn gratis en vrij toegankelijk (first come, first serve). Wil je meedoen met de workshop, gelieve dan in te schrijven via deze link. Opgelet: beperkte plaatsen!

(ENG) - Various film programmers and collectives present a high-energy and hilariously weird but hot high school double bill in the crypt of YART. Cinema Spreekhond selects 'Bottoms' and Kuleshov picks 'Kaboom' for a banging film screening: Rachel Sennott and The Bear’s Ayo Edebiri start a fight club comedy meets a 2010 science fiction sex comedy mystery film by Gregg Araki.

We start at 21h30 with a FLINTA self defense initiation. Limited spots. Register here for the initiation. Film screenings are free and open to all (first come, first serve). 'Bottoms' will start at +/- 22h30 and 'Kaboom' at +/- 00u30.
